Didsbury Point

In 2006 MCR acquired the remaining development land at Countrysides’ prestigious new development in Didsbury, Manchester, located just off the Princess Parkway.

The remaining development comprised of 152 houses and apartments in one of the most expensive post-codes of Greater Manchester. MCR built all the units and passed them to the Residential team tasked with letting every single unit. Having so many properties to let in the short timescale was daunting but it was done very quickly, within six months, by the dedicated lettings team based at the nearby Withington Office. The last property was let out under two years after the development had begun.
